Property Skills is a platform which educates its users on how to make the right property decisions in the most clear and concise way imaginable.

The project was also a great example of how a collaborative process between the client and designer can lead to a positive final outcome.

The key design element for Property Skills was taking advantage of the use of negative space between the letters, creating what is a simple and minimal word mark with a subtle, yet distinguishable icon.
